Who is Bryan Welch?
 
I have been a licensed Real Estate agent for over twenty years here in the Tucson Pima County area. I have worked all facets of the residential real estate market from new homes, to resale, and I was the firat designated broker in the State of Arizona to work with a developer (Fairfield Homes) to build and sell a condominium hotel. In 2005 we sold and started construction on Canoa Ranch Resort in Green Valley, Arizona. I must say, it is still one of my favorite propeties available today.
 
Sometimes people ask me why I'm in Real Estate. and to tell you the truth, it's all about the people I meet and help. I work 100% by referral. That means you will not see me advertised in a newspaper or a magazine. I'm a very good advocate, negeotiator, and hard working Realtor, and when I can meet someone I can help, I get a sense of satisfaction that feel very good to me. I love first time home buyers. The day they get the keys to their first home generates so much excitement for them and to know I was the one that guided them across the path from a renting to owning a home, well let's just say I get lots of satisfaction.
To be honest, every real estate transaction hits me the same way. When my clients are happy, everything is good.
